Dear Stakeholders,
Pierre Holding was founded in 1969, relying on its brand values, machinery, capital, and history while fulfilling its responsibilities.
Many friends of mine who knew from the heart that they could do better but never had the opportunity have become a part of this change process.
Then, our special employers, who believe that they deserve better service for the price they pay, took the risk despite our small scale and lack of experience, and gave us an opportunity to start the change we promised.
We proved many times that we could succeed when we trust each other and work in collaboration and integrity, and we have become a world leader with 5 thousand employees operating in 6 countries thanks to the employers who took the risk of trusting us as well as your efforts in the last 48 years.
Today, people around the world are talking about our story which is written with knowledge, tears, sweat, blood, challenging times, and sleepless nights. People who closely or distantly know PIER are proud of us, mentioning our name as an exemplary model to their children.
Now, our responsibility is bigger than ever. We have to work more carefully and respectfully not just for ourselves or our beloveds but also considering thousands of people who took us as role models, and entrusted their children, and beloveds to us. All tales in our cultures begin with the following wording; we went uphill and down hale, crossed the rivers and mountains, and in the end, we realized how short of progress we made;
Yes, we moved non-stop for 48 years, but there is still a long road ahead of us. I am sure that most of you who know us are probably wondering “Where does the road end?”.
V.I. Lenin; “All flowers in full bloom make a beautiful spring.”
For us, this road will come close to the end only after all children in the countries we operate, children of our colleagues reach the same opportunities as of children in developed countries, in other words, when all flowers are in full bloom.
Until then, we will keep walking, questioning and changing without compromising on our core principles; namely honesty and competitiveness.
Best regards, Hadi Mobarez
